I bought a spice xlife m5+ silver from homeshop 18 by order no 975472579 na d invoice no- tara/15-16 . THE INVOICE IS ALSO NOT IN MY NAME. I received the phone on 24-08-2015 . when I swith on the phone there is a small white line in the main screen. after using 2 days the screen is totally whiteout and not functioning. when I complain about the same to homeshop18 they suggest me to visit their service center. and service center told me that the the screen is not working and I hav to pay rs. 1800.00 for repair it. I am so upset with the service and quality of homeshop18. homeshop18 is not sending their products by the proper quality check. I want a replacement or repair the same in a FOC basis(Free Of Cost) . else I should go for a consumer case to get back my phone in a proper working condition and the expenses is bear by homeshop18. I want to get the replacement/ repair as soon as possible in immediate basis.
