Helo, My name is Arun Sharma and am your regular or weekly customer at given restaurant . Am always used my debit card to settle my bill . I have also my reciept with me . Am just told you about my last day incident happened in your restaurant . Your store manager ( Chandan Choudhary ) miss guide me and miss behaviour with me . And i think this is bad for your products and company. Last day 8-oct-2015 i used my debit card to settle my bill . I swap my card and processig was going till 15min . After 15 min your manager ask me to pay cash. I paid it cash . After paid cash visa machine also print my bill receipt and i got mes from my bank, your 186 rs amount is debit . And i told to your restaurant manger regarding this . He told me that i can't gave cashback toyou because it was already paid . But i told him how i paid double amont for this meal. Than he said sir i made a slip behalf of your this amount and when you will came again, shows it to me and i give your meal to you . I don't know what he wants but i told him please give my cash back to me otherwise i complaint to your high athourty regarding this . Than he said this our company policy and i dont gave cash back to you . And he speak in very loudly voice . Than your cashier lady cash back to me in the absence of your manger . After 15 min your manger again come and he shouted upon her how you could cashback to him without my permission and they both are gone in his cabin . After this my meals was ready by your employee, but should not serve as your company policy . He didnot give me any napkin and only 2 sauce packet, and not properly filled my french fries box . I have also pictures regarding this meal tray. Your restaurant manger is such a like dumboo man . And i feel very irritating and wasting of my time . Your sign is fully wrong ( i am loving it) . I think i never visit your store again in my life My order is one aloo wrap meal with ice tea ( medium) and one mc puff pizza . Amount 186 .
