Second, I requested for return. Product was picked up on 23th July. Today is 12th of September and I have not even received pick up acknowledgement or confirmation. I even sent them the pick up receipt photo but no response. Sent several mails to [email protected] since more than a month but no response.
These guys are so unprofessional that they do not even care to respond the emails. The escalation matrix is fake.When they do have answers, they do not respond.
Yaar you should have guts to say "Sir hum aapka paisa kha gaye" and product bhi.
They are professional only in cheating and not in their business. I wonder how come they are surviving with their policies when there are other Ecommerce vendors so professional and customer friendly. I feel they attract first time customers and fool them.
Let us spread awareness against these cheaters. Request all to forward it to your friends and families. You should be ashamed of yourself that without refunding my money back you are sending me emails stating that my complain is resolved. How can you eat up your customer's money when you have such strong and committed competitors in the market like Amazon and Flipkart??????? Jabong has cheated me very badly.
