It is with great sorrow that I write to you today regarding my high-speed Internet service. Recently I had experienced severe interruptions to my Internet as well as slow speeds. I opted to close my connection which was already communicated to MTS customer care team. As per their communication it was stopped and an authentic bill also generated.(Bill No – KLKIND0415017120116262, Usage – 7864 MB, Amount – 598.00)
But, it was again activated on very next month without informing me and a bill was also generated including previous due (Bill No – KLKIND0515017120115572, Usage – 0 MB, Amount – 1354.00). After this incident, I communicated to MTS India's customer care, but they have failed to give any valid reason for the same. After this, many times their recovery representatives called me for the payment. I again described the incident and told them that I agreed for making payment which I used, but not for which I am not using. I also told them that one mail or sms confirmation should be send that bill was corrected and I have to pay only valid bill e.i bill no – .(Bill No – KLKIND0415017120116262, Usage – 7864 MB, Amount – 598.00). Their recovery executives also agreed but no mail or sms came to me.
In the mean time, I had concluded a legal case filed by you against my name for non-payment of bill post my usage. I had settled the requisite amount ( Rs 600/-, Receipt No – 03-15/54998) in front of Honorable judge of West Bengal City Civil Court and had carried out all legal procedures to stop my connection. It was communicated in front of Honorable judge that one clearance certificate / NOC will be posted to my communication address which is yet to come.
Now, I had got a bill (Bill No – KLKIND1015017950101852, Usage – 0 MB, Amount – 754.00) generated in my name and I have been asked to pay the amount which was already settled.
The Bill No – KLKIND0415017120116262 was charged for 598/-, that means connection was stopped as I communicated; because original amount was 627/ - including tax, (My plan was REVB-550-5GB DAY_5GB NIGHT-UNLIMITED). But, it was again activated on very next month. After settling the dues in the front of Honorable judge , again I was also asked for payment for the dues. It is shown clear cut disrespect to Indian Constitution by MTS India team.
The connection has already ended and all dues are already settled at West Bengal City Civil Court. Then why this kind of harassment?
This is a kind of mere dis-respect for a reputed company like MTS towards a customer .
